What is Power Yoga?
Power Yoga is an active form of yoga, in which you go through a serie of postures (asana) in a flowing and dynamic way. Power yoga is based on Ashtanga Yoga a  very precise and traditional form of Hatha Yoga.

In Power Yoga (and Ashtanga Yoga) there are three basic principles:
  • Asana (posture)
  • Pranayama (control of breathing)
  • Vinyasa (linking asana to asana)
